Verified byte for byte: your file arrives exactly as it left. Over Wi-Fi, each file only gets its final name in your folder after its SHA-256 fingerprint matches the original’s. If anything changes along the way, ZiggSend notices and tells you — you never end up with a damaged copy without knowing. (On the Android cable to the Mac, when the phone cannot compute the fingerprint, the check is by exact size.)

Do I pay per computer?
No. One Pro license covers one person on up to three computers, Mac or Windows, in any mix. The phone apps are free.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — 14 days, no questions asked: use the link in your Paddle receipt or reply to the receipt email. Paddle is our merchant of record: they issue the invoice and handle local taxes.
Is the Founder plan really limited?
Yes. There are 1,000 founder licenses; when they run out, the plan leaves the table for good. The live counter shows up here after the first 50 sales.
