How buying works
- Choose how many people: from 5 to 100, on the pricing page, and pay by card or local methods through Paddle, which issues the invoice.
- The keys arrive by email: one per person, at the email used for the purchase.
- Each person installs: the app on their computer (Mac or Windows) and the free app on their phone, and pastes their key. Each key works on up to 3 of that person’s computers.
- Renews by itself once a year: in a single charge for all keys. The keys stay the same; nobody has to paste anything again.
What Business includes
- Everything in Pro for each person: several phones on the same computer, full history and automatic folders by source.
- Up to 3 computers per person, Mac or Windows.
- One charge a year and one Paddle invoice for the whole team.

What Business doesn’t include
- An admin console. There is no screen to see who is using it, on which computers, or how much was transferred.
- Central key management. You can’t block one specific person’s key. What exists: the person uses “Deactivate on this computer”, or whoever has the purchase email asks at ziggsend.com/licenca to release all of the team’s computers at once (then everyone pastes their key again).
- A company account, single sign-on (SSO) or user directory. ZiggSend has no accounts.
- Automatic installation on many computers at once. Each person installs the app: on the Mac, from the site download; on Windows, from the Microsoft Store.
- Recreating subfolders. From a computer, a whole folder goes, but the files arrive loose, without the subfolders. From a phone, only files (not folders).
- Cloud storage or backup. The file stays on the computer that received it, and only there.
- Sending to someone not on the same network. Both devices have to be on the same network (or, from Android to the Mac, on the cable).
- Certification. We offer no certification and no guarantee of compliance (GDPR, professional secrecy, health rules or any industry’s standards).

The computer app is free forever with one phone. If each person on the team uses one phone with one computer and doesn’t need full history or automatic folders, Free already does the job, and you don’t need Business.
Questions from people buying for a company
Is there a minimum number of people?
Yes, 5. For 1 to 4 people, each one buys Pro ($39 a year) or uses Free.

Do the company’s files go through any server of yours?
No. They go straight from the phone to the computer over the office network. Our server only receives the update check, the install ID and the license check, never a file or a file name. Security · Privacy
Does it work on the company Wi-Fi?
Mostly, yes. Some corporate and guest networks isolate devices; if so, the phone’s hotspot solves it. It’s worth testing on Free first.
Does it need internet?
Not to transfer: they just need to be on the same network. The license needs internet to activate and, after that, at least once every 30 days.
An employee left. How do I remove their key?
If the computer stayed with you, open the app on it and use “Deactivate on this computer”. If it didn’t, whoever has the purchase email asks at ziggsend.com/licenca to release all of the team’s computers, and then each person pastes their key again. There’s no way to block one specific key.
Is there a console to see who uses it?
No. It’s a product choice: with no accounts and no server keeping anything, there’s nothing to show on a console.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Paddle is the official seller: it charges, issues the invoice and handles the taxes.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from the link in the Paddle receipt: Business runs to the end of the paid year and then each computer goes back to Free, deleting nothing. Within 14 days, the refund is 100%. The refund covers the whole purchase: all keys stop working.

We don’t make that promise. We describe exactly what the app does and what leaves it (the security and privacy pages), so you can assess it with whoever handles this at your company.
